People know who I will vote for, but not my neighbors usually and I would surely resent Cruz doing to my neighborhood what he did to some in Iowa before the caucus.
In the US, we vote by secret ballot. "Secret" gives you the option of telling or not. That hasn't changed yet has it? I am sure they would like to be able to publish that too.
What he did was beyond the pale. Voting is private.

I'm wondering if many who selected NO are familiar with what the Cruz campaign pulled in Iowa. It's one thing to be open about one's favorite, putting a sign in your yard, openly supporting a candidate. It's a whole other story having a candidate send out mailers telling your neighbors how you've voted in the past and grading you on those votes.
I get the junk mail regardless. I could care who knows but also know when to not discuss it when in a room with obvious supporters of the anointed one.
I was actually making a joke at your use of adjectives for the Republican candidates - as you said you preferred people don't know who you support and then pretty much told us your feelings on the candidates for the one party - but whatever.

Hope, we are no longer in a world where talking politics and religion are off base.
