I think he will do his best unlike our current president who lied his azz off and did exactly the opposite of what he promised. Hell, he has put blacks in worse shape than any president in history.

I'll note you don't ask how do you send clothing manufacturing jobs to China like Trump has done.

Hmmm.........

And you believe that the "status quo" is outstanding and the US is headed in the right direction?

1. record debt at $20 trillion
2. record numbers of citizens living in poverty
3. record numbers of citizens on foodstamps
4. record low workforce participation rate
5. record lows in home ownership
6. incomes down 7%
7. wealthgap increasing
8. open borders driving down US wages
9. NAFTA, China trade, and Pac Rim sending US manufacturing overseas
10. High corporate taxes and regulations sending jobs overseas
11. the middle east in flames
12. China and Russia on the move
13. stock market faltering

: smack:

And you want more of the same??

Lets say yes... The difference is that Obama promised us what we have now. This is the kind of world which Obama has brought us. So, if you like the way that the country is heading then vote for the dems.
Obama didn't deceive anyone. We have way too many ignorant or "low information" voters in this country. It doesn't take Sherlock Holmes to figure out Obama... Larry Holmes saw this coming

I'm a regular, white guy on the street working a middle class job in a flyover state.

Here in flyover country, we're totally crapped on by coastal politicians. What plays in NY/CA doesn't play here in IN.

Just this week, Carrier announced they were sending 1400 local jobs to Mexico. Trump responded to that with some specifics about taxing imported goods from Mexico. If I was one of those workers, the fact that any politician was speaking to MY NEEDS would be enough to get me to vote for him. State and even local workers picked it up.

I work in IT. I've seen Americans passed up for work to have an H-1B hired instead. Trump is tough on immigration. To me, that resonates.

I believe in God, but I'm not religious, and all the religious rhetoric coming from other candidates makes me uncomfortable. Trump doesn't get out into those weeds. For all the news traffic on religious conservatives, I'd say there are at least as many folks like me who aren't comfortable with overly preachy candidates. Trump is not preachy, and is only nominally religious, if at all.

Trump is really running as a nationalist, and there is a lot of sentiment out there for that, especially in flyover, white America.

There is no way in hell that congress will listen to Trump-- not one of the other politicians has even the slighest shred of respect for the guy. He's a celebrity, not a politician... and while all of the controversy and sensationalism might please people who appreciate communicating at a 6th grade level, if he's elected most of the politicians around him will still be a lot smarter than he is.

If he's actually elected, he won't be able to do anything. Ted Cruz would do a lot more damage than Trump.
trump is a businessman, and he is constantly making deals. he will make deals with congress as well to get what he wants.

If you listen to Trump, he sounds exactly like a late night infomercial. Insert "when I'm president" for Ginsu knives, his presidency can cut through a tin can! He has years of schlepping reality shows and get rich quick products to give him cred to those who want to believe. He has no idea how government works, no idea on government policy and just shouts out what they want to hear. Ask a Trump supporter if they own a Snuggie or have called a Psychic Hotline.

Well, he does have some idea. And, he will have plenty of advisors just like all presidents. None of the other recent presidents (except 2 named George Bush) had prior knowledge of how to do the job.

I disagree. Running a country is not like opening a failed casino. It's one thing for Trump to declare bankruptcy four times and still protect his own money. It's quite another to do that to the country. And don't forget "Trump University".

You aren't seeing these ads yet because he doesn't have the GOP nomination yet. Just wait.
