MSNBC host Joe Scarborough called Donald Trump’s inability to disavow former Ku Klux Klan Grand Wizard David Duke and white supremacist group support “disqualifying” Monday morning.
Trump pretended to not know who Duke was on Sunday and said he would have to do “research” into groups like the Ku Klux Klan about whether to condemn their support. The KKK is one of the nation’s most well-known hate organizations.
Scarborough, who has allowed Trump to phone into his show numerous times in the election cycle and has been accused of being overly cozy with the candidate, sounded disgusted after the clip of Trump played on Morning Joe.
Well, another Trumpster wises up. Too bad he's in the tiny minority.
Whoo. He was all over it this morning. I think it was partly that he finally realized that Trump is a complete racist and the cynical part of me thinks this was a way to distance himself from Trump. He had been taking a lot of heat since he and Trump got so cozy.
So now, after serving as one of his cheerleaders, he has finally seen the light? Sheesh. I think he, Sean Hanity, Steve Doocy, Micheal Savage, and all the other Trump rah-rah boys will have a lot of answering to do. Of course, the damage will be done before they realize the poison they have promoted.

I mean - you're right. He's been singing his praises for 6 months and now, all of a sudden, he sees the light. AFTER he has given Trump a major platform; same with Fox, Hannity and the wife-abuser O'Reilly.
It's finally dawned on Scarborough that this nutcase is splitting his revered GOP right down the middle and taking the crazy half with him.
Joe didn't care when he saw the statistics that 66% of the not-so-well-informed sect of the GOP believe Obama is a Muslim and not born in this country. Now that the chickens are coming home to roost, Joe is freaking out. Meanwhile Mika is interviewing a communist-raised supermodel who can barely speak English, and whose opinion most could care less about. Could not make this stuff up...

Is this a metaphor for the sane half of the GOP realizing they've created a crazy Frankenstein monster, or what?
I think Joe was just thinking about his self preservation. He's a good ol' boy from the south - home of the KKK - but also home of minorities who Scarborough would have to face regularly when back home in FL panhandle.
