seems to be the conventional wisdom.

Will Rick Scott Endorse Donald Trump on Super Tuesday? | Miami New Times

I've also heard buzz about a Scott Walker endorsement but the timing and location doesn't really make sense for that.

My other thought was they'd bring out Ben Carson to say he was dropping out and endorsing Trump, but he just said he wasn't dropping out today.

So once again, the polished showman has everyone paying attention to him. But it does seem like he's stepping on his own applause given that he would presumably be giving a killer, multi-state victory speech.

It's Rick Scott and Newt Gingrich from the Maralago.
Trump Train.

You may be right and the one running now for Rubio's Senate seat who just announced it and seem to be a wealthy person too and a friend of Rick Scott will probably endorse him as well but most people will not know that person.

Florida isn't a Rubio state as Floridians see right through him and demand he shows up to earn a pay check.

He said a couple weeks ago that he would reveal detailed plans and a team, but I forgot what about.

A Swingblade conspiricy :

Trump drops out and gives Christie all of his delegates. I came to this conclusion watching Christie and Trump exit the plane in Columbus and Trump was holding the umbrella shielding him and Christie from the rain. You heard it here first

Trying to think of who else is in Florida. All I could come up with was Alan West, Rush Limbaugh...and Jeb Bush. Maybe it is West. Didn't Trump casually mention that he was going to announce some kind of team on Foreign Policy (I think) this week? Gingrich is in Georgia, right? Is John Bolton in Florida?

Rumors Gingrich also be there.
Some say Trump may announce VP choice before he wins the nomination
but I don't know if that's been done before ?
It would make sense this time to make it harder for the bashers
to bash his running mate AND Trump at the same time.
Brilliant, but unconfirmed.

I would say it's going to be a victory speech - I wouldn't reach much into it now.
