Every single Republican I know (the vast majority of my acquiantances and family) would rather vote for Hillary or an independent than vote Trump.

My guess: the same status quo for the next 8 years.

If that is true he wouldn't have won the south

No actual Republican or conservative would EVER vote for criminal Clinton.

The current demographics of the US make it difficult for any GOP nominee to win a national election now but I'd say Trump gives them the best opportunity since he can pull in significant numbers of white voters who chose not to vote in 2012. He also has more crossover appeal with blue collar democrats and independents than a guy like Cruz.

Trump is too proud to fail, he really DOES love this country
Why would I give Trump a chance? After his and his supporters conduct? Never! To me he was and continues to be the only one who represents a worse option than Clinton!
He loves this country no more than all the other people who wanted to be the nominee on either side.
He mostly loves money!

"Getting out the vote" will be crucial as ever in this election. For both parties. (Or all three parties??)
