The way they "care" about "fellow citizens" is a 180. One cares about cash over people and the other vice versa.

Hillary probably doesn't care about people anymore than Trump but, because of Bernie, she has made promises to care which is better than nothing. Even if disingenuous, she will get things done and look out for people making under 250k per year.

And regarding Bengazi, we have nothing to compare Trump to on that since he's never been in office. The closest thing would be his LITERAL SELL OUT to McDonald's, Pepsi, Pizza Hut, etc to star in their commercials.

If you have 3 choices: homemade apple pie, store bought apple pie, or homemade apple pie gone rancid, don't mess with the one that might poison you just because you are against preservatives.

IO just had to laugh (sadly) that anyone could construct a sentence with this in it.

3. Immigration. Hillary wants to bring Syrian refugees in, but what happened in Paris and Brussels? Caused by refugees. And illegals coming in easily with no border at all is astonishing.

4. Business. Trump has proven he can make money and I think he would better than Hillary.

I went to the Trump rally today in Poughkeepsie. Not to protest, but because I went with a friend. I have a video of the whole thing I will upload to the thread later. I can't vote Trump in the primary and will definately vote Bernie, but in a Clinton vs Trump GE which it is likely to be, I am voting for Trump. In a Bernie vs Trump, I am still probably going to vote Bernie.
1. It's more than just NAFTA. Technological advancements and globalization are more significant factors, and there's nothing to stop them from continuing.

2. Benghazi and 'email gate' are negligible. She's been a national pol for 40 years, so of course she's not entirely honest; no one in that situation for that long is.

3. It's not easy for Syrian refugees to immigrate here. There's an extensive screening process. I like ethnic and cultural diversity, so I'm fine with some of them coming here, especially refugees with nowhere else to go.

4. Trump isn't consistently successful in busines, and how many times has he declared bankruptcy? The federal gov is NOT a business, and shouldn't be treated as such. She understands politics much better than he does.

Philosophically, Bernie is much closer to Hilary than Trump, so supporting Trump over Hilary makes no logical sense for a Bernie supporter. Be practical rather than overly emotional. She's infinitely better than Trump.

I think this is time for a new party to emerge. One that represents the middle and working folks. One not run by slick lawyers or bought off by big business. One vote for one candidate. Donations by individuals only with set limits.
The only good thng about this current election process is they have exposed their devious ways for all to see.

Yatta, yatta, yatta. I've heard the same thing for 30+ years. It never actually happens.

Oh lordy, Trump's paid shills aren't even trying to appear credible anymore.

"Business. Trump has proven he can make money and I think he would better than Hillary."

You're voting for a socialist but the most important criteria for you is being good at making money?

FeelTheBern you're making the Putin bots look sincere and credible by comparison

Is Hillary "better" than Trump? Depends on the context but if the Q is "Who is BETTER to run the country?" Than the answer is Hillary hands down! Any "scandal" is besides the point.

Just look at their resumes!

As much as I hate the "America as a business" analogy, would you hire vote in a CEO with absolutely no experience in running any aspect of A COUNTRY?? Of course not! No rationale business man would. And remember that the USA is closer to a NON PROFIT business, if you must use the biz analogy.

OTOH, this is just akin to a promotion for Hillary given her resume.

It's funny how peeps just think "other countries will listen to Donald" when Hillary has been developing relationship with other countries since the 1990s!

Libya trumps all. Libya shows how Hillary would run the country and should have disqualified her long ago.

It's sad but true. By "disingenuous" I by no means am saying that she is lying about what she has promised. I mean that she *might not genuinely feel* the empathy for the middle and lower class that she is portraying.

But even if she doesn't "feel it" she is obviously gonna act like she does for at least the next 4 years and do her job to the best of her ability so she can be reelected.

If my only options are competence motivated by insincerity vs incompetence, I'll take competence every time.
