why was the gun in foster right hand when he was LEFT handed?

why was the gun in fosters hand a .38 when he was shot with a 9mm?

why if he committed suicide, was he laid out on the ground on his back and not a disheveled heap?

I've done plenty of reading about the Foster case. None of it makes Clinton look bad.
