Criminal charges? What are you talking about? What possible law has been broken?

Another seems to depict an attorney advising the committee on how to defend Clinton against an accusation by the Sanders campaign of not living up to a joint fundraising agreement."

Wasserman Schultz resigning as party leader - CNNPolitics.com

Why is anyone surprised that those in the Democratic party wanted Clinton to win?

Sanders has never been a registered Democrat and had he won the party's nomination, he would surely have lost the election.

He comes across as goofy as Trump. Plus, once they painted the Socialist label on his forehead and hammered home his history of achieving little other than scolding, he would have been toast.

Sweet Jesus.

Decades of trying to find something to arrest Hillary for has warped thinking processes here.

And I'll just bet if you comb through Republican emails you will find plenty trying to derail Trump.

If there weren't emails like that, there should have been.

Of course, they were rigging the election for Hillary. She's been a Democrat for years and their best chance of winning the Presidency.

Bernie Sanders is not a Democrat, nor has he ever been. Why did he think the Democrats were going to welcome him with open arms?

And why should they?

Bernie reminds me of a guy who asks to come to your party uninvited, scolds everybody about how much they are drinking and why aren't there any healthy sacks, then complains about how the hosts ended up with all the good looking guests.

If somehow Hillary was to win you can bet she would get a predominant job in her administration. Barring that, there is a Wall Street corner office waiting for her.

Clinton was smart to kick her out in the alley when she did, but would have been smarter to kick her out 12 months earlier.
Not that Clinton wouldn't throw her under the bus if Hillary thought it would benefit Hillary, Hillary had nothing to do with this.

She and everyone else involved should be hanged or shot for treason, for messing with the Democratic election process!

What I find so amusing, is how the DNC comes off like they are one big happy family and Unity is all around for all to see. All the long doing whatever they could and whatever they said negatively about Sanders, all along talking about their fake unity. What else is fake want to guess!

Do not tell me Clinton had nothing to do with this, or that she had no knowledge, that would make me one of you.

Just shows what hypocrites they truly are, argue all you want, here is the facts for all to see.

I was merely posing the question, I wasn't trying to start any kind of outrage, I just wonder what if legalities surround this issue.

I don't think there is anything in the DNC rules that makes it a criminal or civil crime to rig elections. Such a rule would wipe out the whole party leadership leaving room for honest politicians which would be a very big problem for Democrats.

Sanders seems to be using strong arm tactics between getting the DNC to limit super delegates power reduced in the primary as well as forcing the DNC to throw Debbie onto the garbage heap. I wonder what else he's got Hillary agreeing to? I guess that's how the DNC works, you get leverage on them and they'll work for you, if you don't they'll ********* over.
What's our dolt in the White House have to say over all this?

To my mind, rigging an election means stuffing or losing ballot boxes or fiddling with machines or something similar. So far, there has been no evidence that is what Schultz - or anyone else - did.

Opposing some people and supporting others, and figuring out what approach to take to get other voters to agree with you is just politics.

Personally, I've thought Schultz should go for a couple years now - has nothing to do with Sanders.
