His was a movement from the 70s, I remember the rhetoric back then. I don't really see it being something that we will see again soon. I think the wind was knocked out of it by the corruption of the Democratic Party and had he ran as an Independent, the Dems would have still worked against him. No hope for some time on his politics.

So . . . . in 2024? Dr. Stein will be 74 then, so she is out. And she'd be Green Party or whatever. Nina Turner? You mean the lady who got crushed 35%-60% in the OH Secretary of State election in 2014? I don't think so. She'd also be third party. Maybe Tulsi. Meow.

IF that is true - then I hope they are voting for Clinton. Because what I heard of the Democratic Platform sure sounded like Bernie's platform to me.

Had Benie had 17 ways to split the vote - it's entirely possible he would have won. At least that's what the statiscians are saying.

It is possible. Still, Trump did. The establishment was unable to stop what happened.

The Bernie supporters could take over the Democratic party in two election cycles if they were smart and organized. That's a lot easier than resurrecting the Greens.

IMO, Bernie never expected to get as far as he did. He had no time to prepare for what needed doing to maintain a movement and do 2 or 3 rallies a day. Weaver just wasn't up to it either.

Let's see what happens when he has time to do the laundry and regroup. He has already said he intends to run for his senate seat.
