Without clinging to a handrail, either creeping up, like the last steps to the summit of Mt Everest, or tottering down, on the verge of falling. The media seldom shows more than a handful of steps. Wonder why?

The few clips - talking under 3 seconds - that show her climbing or descending she looked close to falling down. Knee gives, arm and hand tense on the hand - or is that guard - rail. Maybe even winces a little. The media do not show you much to make a considered judgement, but all of the sign of feebleness are there.
