Donald Trump is a piece of work himself but I can understand why people like and dislike him BUT how does anyone feel good about voting for HRC? She has plenty of experience but more than enough baggage and bad decision making history. History tends to predict the future and none of us, no matter what party we associate with want her history to repeat itself.

I don't know much about the libertarian party but I am exploring casting my vote for GJ.

Vote for the candidate that most closely matches your own values. That's what I'm doing. Since I am not corrupt, it rules out the two major party candidates.

I can't justify Clinton based on the fact she's a leftist and growing government is her sole objective.

Trump certainly has his flaws but I'm going to vote for him b/c he does (at least in theory) support repeal of Obamacare, not forcing us to buy health insurance under IRS penalty, reduced taxes, reduced regulations, etc. Hillary wants more of this and that's a non-sequitur for me. He's also better on the border/security/immigration.

Vote for the lesser of TWO evils. No third party candidate is going to beat the worst evil.

More of this tired drivel, its getting old.

People should vote for who they side closest with when it comes to the important issues.

Neither Trump or Clinton hold enough similar views of mine to make them worth voting for, and I find them both extremely dangerous. I'll vote for Johnson, or nobody at all if he isn't an option.

The goal is to get him the 5% popular vote that gets the Libertarian party federal funds in 2020 and hopefully more traction going forward. It also helps bring a rational voice to the conversation.

This nonsense about not being able to win is pure garbage, I'm not one of those instant gratification voters, I want more third party involvement and supporting them now when the other two candidates are so hated by so many is one of the best chances we are going to have.

The worst of two evils theory is complete garbage and adhering to it has gotten us progressively worse candidates every year, I'm not settling for more Trump/Clinton style candidates next time around if I can help it.

Yep.

Trump = corrupt liar.

Hillary = corrupt liar.

Johnson = fantasy land on some positions, ie impossible for a scenario to exist where gov. cracking a cell phone could save lives.

Stein = supported Brexit until supporters said it was racist then pretended to never support it.

Have you thought about running yourself?

I realize that no one is perfect, it just seems like there isn't a great option.....anywhere.

It is Trump & Clinton's responsibility to get people to vote FOR them. If they can't accomplish that then too damn bad. I'm voting for Johnson.
