You have to look at his crowds for a hint of things. Look outside of them before they open up. Throngs of older people wearing "Make America Great" hats and t-shirts. Trump is simply talking to the base that long ago decided to vote for him. He already has those voters. My guess is that anytime he is near they go to see him. Talking to 200 here and there might not mean much but if they are undecideds then you gain a whole lot more than a rally of 15000 people who were going to vote for you anyway. This is what state voter outreach programs do. They target the voters that don't show up as much or are not decided on who to vote for and make the effort to get them to vote for you. Trump doesn't even have offices in most of these states. He is woefully behind and relying on the RNC which is more concerned with winning down ballot races than propping up the Presidential candidate. He is supposed to be helping them and not the other way around. And you can bet that if he is still trailing in the polls by the start of September that they will cut their loses with him and shift all their resources towards other candidates.

I believe crowds are essential to Trump's campaign. He doesn't have a ton of establishment/big donor support so crowd sizes are sort of a barometer of his support among the people.

Are you saying the current US federal government is not 'a burden or a distraction to business or other aspects of life?'

I agree that boring is boring (and neither good nor bad in and of itself), but would not use that to justify a President Clinton.

There's a reason the economy never truly recovered and is now heading to recession (if not already there).

Great. Everyone knows they count rally crowds as actual votes. Ask Palin. You betcha! Plus, Trump's rallies are excellent at bonding all Americans in patriotism and fellowship.

If you support this, your sick. You stare at America's problem everyday when you look in the mirror.

And, trump was pointing out his Gold Star families last night. Disgusting hypocrite. If they're white, they're great, eh?

So, according to the local Jax news, the venue only held 10K... did trump get another 'special deal' from the fire marshal to have a 50% overage in the venue? I don't think even he can pull that one off. Yet another inflation by the trump small fingers gang.

I've read this:

The arena can hold 15,000 people. The Jacksonville Fire Marshal says as of right now only 10,000 will be allowed in but tells us that could change.
