That is one part of the differential diagnosis. However, alcohol withdrawl is quite serious and occasionally life threatening (unlike opioid withdrawl). It is unlikely that it would be administered on an outpatient basis and chronically for that diagnosis.
I am more interested in the chronic cough. Not reflux (most common), as she would be cleaned up with a PPI. Not CHF, as she is not have dyspnea that is observable nor pronounced peripheral edema.
I am thinking more along the lines of a vasculitis or a rheumatoid condition associated with pulmonary fibrosis. All the cocaine she did would also contribute to pulmonary fibrosis.

I would agree with you if she wasn't running for president. As soon as she decided to run, she made her health everyone's business.

I am not a Democrat and I did not demand McCains records. I also don't care if Donald releases his tax returns or not.
I understand the view that those running sacrifice some privacy, but I feel there's a limit. Health is a personal thing. She could have some ailment that in no way effects her ability to lead, but if it were released, people would think it would. That, to me, is unfair.
For what it's worth, I don't think she should have been allowed to run in the first place. Her working with the DNC to suppress support for Bernie is evidence she does not care about democarcy and therefore should not be allowed to partake in a democratic election. This does not mean I don't think she's entitled to at least some basic privacy.
