By telling Nevadans how to pronounce the name of their state.

Yes, this is pretty silly, but it definitely speaks to Trump's hubris.

Trump to Nevadans: You say Nevada wrong - CBS News

All sorts of other silliness transpired during his NeVADa swing as well.
For instance:

"There was one thing Donald Trump was firm about, though: There was no way, under a Trump presidency, that he would allow China to prevent citizens from spending their money at his hotels.
...
Nevada TV: What if China cut off visas to let people visit Trump hotels?
Trump: We could cut ties with China."

Donald Trump’s arrogant Nevada adventure: Bickers with crowd over how to say state

Oh, no, no conflict of interest there.

I guess Trump didn't see the irony talking about Chinese ties

Desperation?

Nope.

Hilarious?

Yes.

Hey, if that "57 states" thing was fair game, and boy did it ever persist, then so is this.

The more Trump's numbers tank, the more the RW folks carry on about the desperation.

Odd, eh?

What is interesting is, for the longest time, Trump was able to just say anything he wanted and a lot of people just went along with him. For example, statements like "I am very smart" or " I know more than the Generals know !"

If anyone else made those statements you would look at them as if they were delusional, but he got a pass most times. But that is changing. Now when he comes up with some stupid, ridiculous statement, more and more people are saying "What the Hell are you talking about ?" He suddenly isn't as cute as he once was.

We've been saying for the longest time that Donald Trump is his own worst enemy. If he could just keep his mouth shut and stop making comments from outer space, he would have a better chance at gaining respect and followers. But that is not in his nature and is a major flaw that will keep him out of the WH.
