Not only did both of Carnegie and Rockefeller produce they also gave. You're brainwashed to think that all the rich are evil when instead of understanding that they invest which results in contributing to our society at the same time they get richer.

It may be more truthful to say the politicians, big government is evil, they produce nothing, but they take, they divide and manipulate, they control, the political elite enrich themselves.
You're comparing Donald Trump to Andrew Carnegie and John D. Rockefeller? And citing the philanthropy of Carnegie and Rockefeller as part of your argument?

Really?

You're not joking?

Then can you give us some examples of Trump's generosity? Or would you rather simply admit that your comparison is complete nonsense?

So it doesn't matter if a theoretical candidate is a racist, a rapist, and a lying shill who has a record of having no answers to solving our nation's problems, a candidate who many in his own party rebuke him, people should still vote for him because some conspiracy theorists think everyone is out to get him?

Oooookay.

No wonder our nation is heading down the toilet.

The oligarchs and their lackeys in the news media are for Clinton. She's one of the 1%, and they know she will never erode their privileges and tax shelters. On the other hand, they are obviously terrified of Trump. He knows their tricks and might actually do something.

I've also never seen a major smear campaign like the one the news media is waging against Trump. As another poster noted, women talking about Bill Clinton are 'accusers' while women talking about Trump are 'victims.'

if the smear campaign against Trump is successful, the next presidential election season will be even worse. While the Clinton campaign is certainly happy about this, I doubt if her campaign triggered it - she doesn't want to answer questions about Bill's sexual 'assaults.'

Trump is probably correct that billionaire Carlos Slim paid for it. What does that say about American elections if a Mexican billionaire can influence the results?

For those reasons, I am voting for Trump.

By running Hillary based on smearing the other guy it is effectively admitting she can't run and win on her on policies and who she is.
So what does your standard say about Trump who accused Ted Cruz's father of helping to assassinate JFK?

A piece of me dies whenever I see/hear someone serious about voting for Trump. Ick.

What are his policies? How does he plan to improve the country? Does anyone know? Does he know???

Trump is also a man who made billions by producing, providing jobs to the the people. It is possible that Trump is tired of seeing the little people abused so kicking the chair legs out from underneath powerful abusive elitist politicians and big corporations is his contribution.
I've seen no indication that Trump is tired of abusing the little guy. How often on his campaign has he complained that he is not paying for some service provided to his campaign? I don't listen to too many of his events, but I've heard him do it multiple times including this last week at a campaign event.

Clearly Trump has a penchant for stiffing and abusing people less powerful than he is.

Why is there a talking point that Trump should have left money on the table or paid more taxes to show he's a 'true american'?

He's not going to have shown interest in business for the little guy, people running successful businesses are looking out for their BUSINESS, that's how they stay IN business.

Why would you think that at 70 years old in the twilight of his life, he wouldn't get soft and just want to give back and be a humanitarian and help the little folks? He says he's going to fight for the american people, is there really any concrete proof he won't? Trump has no 'past performances' as a politician, so we can't look at his political record and say "he's always said he would fight for you but the record shows he wont'. you can't say that, its a clean slate, he's new at this and certainly rough around the edges, but there's really no indication you can point to to suggest he's lying when he says he's going to fight for the little guy.
He has never done in his first 70 years and in fact has engaged in horrible business practices, just look at how Trump University was run.

The only thing he has demonstrated is that he knows what you want to hear and is very happy to tell it to you in exchange for the fame it earns him...
This.

Trump's rhetoric is completely at odds with everything he has spent his entire adult life doing. Moreover, when he does actually bother to put forward a policy or idea it falls into one of a few categories:

  1. Fantasy - things like telling miners in WV that he's going to reopen the mines. That's not going to happen.
  2. Rehashed Failures - like suggesting a massive tax break for companies that have moved money overseas. We actually already did just that under Bush and it was a failure that cost us money and didn't produce any of the economic benefits it was supposed to.
  3. Hatred of the 'other' - this is, disgustingly, the core of his campaign, hating group X and blaming them for various problems.
Sure, Trump says he's going to stand up for the miners and factory workers who've lost their job, but he has no idea how he's going to do it. He has a record of not doing it because it's cheaper to for him to buy materials from overseas or to have his products manufactured overseas. He offers up tax proposals that benefit giant corporations and the ultra-rich almost exclusively. But hey, as long as he gives you a long list of minorities, other countries, and undefined government regulations to blame, it's all good, right?
