All I know is this: if the Democrats have been attempting to do this massive voter fraud over the years, someone should be fired. We have 34 Republican Governors; 54 Republican US Senators; 248 Republicans in the US House; and 68 out of 98 partisan state legislative chambers. I have not even bothered to look at how many Republicans hold the lesser offices, like District Clerk, County Clerk, judgeships, etc.
So some guy no one has ever heard of, who works for a group no one has ever heard of, is just shooting the bull while drinking. This guy is probably 20 levels below any Democratic operative that is actually making campaign decisions or talking directly to Clinton. Is there any evidence that any of these dirty tricks talked about actually occurred? It seems to me that the undercover person was steering the conversation and Foval was just engaging in self-aggrandizing bs.
Come to Philly on election day and see/hear the results "and call me in the morning".
Another example of how stupid your idea is.
Let's say by some weird conspiracy that Hillary managed to buy off elections officials in Philly, and convinced them to rig that city's elections for her.
In that case, all that would do is give her a higher vote total in PA, a state she is likely to win anyway.
In effect, it would do nothing to change the outcome of the election.
As I mentioned, since elections are run locally, you would have to convince dozens or even hundreds of officials to be in on your conspiracy to successfully rig a national election.

Probably not if there is no voter fraud.
I can assure you that no matter what the polls say, or how much propaganda is put out, I will be going out and voting for Trump, as will all the other Trump supporters.
