It shows the Trump is serious about doing what he campaigned on. Lets face it they hate that. They want Trump to do what politicians of the past have always done and forget all they said in the campaigns.
Selecting strong leaders is necessary to withstand the on slot on negative press that is hurled and going to be hurled at them. They only way Trump appointments could get approval in the press is to select democrats who oppose Trump's mandate.
They haven't waited to speculate before congress gets a chance to ask detailed questions. They continue the same one sided negative coverage as they did in the election. Congress will pass most if not all of Trump's picks. Until congress begins the vetting process the side show media will be the main attraction.
