Nate Silver says that any disparities in Wisconsin and Pennsylvania where Trump performs better in counties with electronic voting is explained away that those counties with electronic voting hold Trump's key demographics and counties with paper voting hold Hillary's key demographics.

Nate Silver says that there is no evidence of statistical anomalies in counties voting for Trump based on electronic voting.

He also points out that the conspiracy theorists can't keep their message straight as Michigan uses 100% paper ballots.

Alt-Left 3 weeks ago: "Trump is an idiot for saying our election could get rigged."

Alt-Left Today: "OMG Trump won in rural/small town Pennsylvania where they used electronic voting, but Hillary won in the inner cities across the state where they had paper ballots - conspiracy - Russian hackerz - Putin RIGGED it!!!"

Uh oh, leftists listen up: your very own Nate Silver has spoken and thrown water on this new "hope" of yours.

This isn't a prediction.

This is simply looking voter data and demographics in a factual manner that disproves the current theme where the Alt-Left screams that the election was rigged for Trump with voting machines.

Some Trumpists dismiss a source when it's convenient by stating "they were wrong about the election so they have zero credibility" but still cite that source if it helps a pet theory, and others are consistent.

I applaud those who are consistent.

A source is not completely worthless and totally biased one minute and credible the next just because they say something you agree with.

Don't get me wrong, I agree with your premise but I find the guy without credibility. I don't need Nate to say something I already know, a guy who is wrong and gives analysis that a layperson can figure out their own doesn't impress me...

You are using extremely poor logic.

Nate Silver's formulas are nothing special. He over the long term has not beat RCP's simple average of recent polls. It is legitimate to point out that his predictive formulas aren't as great as the Alt-Left says. Also, it is the Alt-Left that is being inconsistent here...trusting his genius at predictive formulas that underperform the RCP simple average over the long run, but not trusting him to run a simple math formula of actual voter data into actual demographic data.

That doesn't mean that everything the man says is below average, especially in regards to pure data facts as opposed to his predictive formulas.

He is merely showing that factually Trump voter demographics live where there are electronic voting precincts and Hillary where there are paper ballots. If you adjust for this the supposed gap completely disappears.

Is this really the logic you are advocating: "Nate Silver's predictions using complex formulas underperforms simple math, that means I can't trust him to look out the window and tell me the current weather!"

I applaud those who have an IQ high enough to understand basic logic.

Now Nate Cohn who studies demographics and elections at the NY Times is also saying that there is ZERO voting irregularities between electronic and paper ballot counties.

That paper ballots are inner cities generally in PA and WI and electronic ballots are more rural.

Derp derp, but I really want Hillary to win, derp derp.
