There can never be an objective answer to this question. The election is over. Anything that could have happened is only vague speculation that's based on nothing factual.
Since Hillary didn't win, we don't know who she would have selected for her cabinet, what her first 100 days would have been or not, what the international affairs situation would have been, or anything else.
The Executive Branch of government is not just the President alone. The members of the cabinet are just as important in governing than the President.
So all this is nothing but frittering around in an alternate universe that will never happen.
We can also say that several things we could bet on, had she got elected. The Clinton Foundation would have been enriched to be worth more than any other, we would be on the way to Communism, Illegal Aliens would be the Majority of the people in our Nation, with open Borders, and our Military would be as great as any Third World Nation. . .

Depends on if you are talking about a "classical liberal" or today's definition of "liberal." There is a difference.
Today's liberals are fascists. Have you been watching what has been going on on college campuses, most specifically, UC Berkeley? Those rioters are "fascists" in every sense. You might want to study some history as well, to see who the fascists were (Mussolini's "Fascist Party"). They were Leftists; i.e., as in today's Democrat Party ..."liberals."
