On a ballot? The only place this moron ever belonged was just where he was..on a dumbass reality TV show. At least then folks could easily choose to never watch the show and therefore never have to see or hear him. He's all over the place now and it's like trying to scrape **** off of one's shoe just trying to avoid him. Of course he would never willingly show his tax returns for the simple reason that his entire life is a lie filled with illicit activity.
Every candidate should be required to show their returns.

...unless he releases his Federal income tax returns under a new law. I'm sure it will be challenged in court, but the courts could just as easily swing one way as the other. I wonder if he will comply, or just write Maryland off and make it up elsewhere?
Good for MD (and Illinois). It would be nice to see other states enact this kind of law. Even if it doesn't stand it is a step in the right direction toward a constitutional change.

It doesn’t matter. Trump would have 0 chance of carrying Maryland even if he were on the ballot in 2020. He only received 34% of the vote in MD in 2016. MD is about as blue as you can get in POTUS elections.
....and I wonder who is behind this? The Left and some on the Right hate Trump so much that they are working extra hard to discredit him, negate his administration and put up blocks like this to prevent him from implementing his policies and running for reelection.
It is crazy.
They sure are making it difficult for an average Joe albeit a rich one to get involved in politics at a high level.
Trump has received unfair treatment from day one that will discourage an outsider to DC to ever get involved again.

Winning!
DC is surrounded by Maryland, and the Baltimore-Washington CSA is one of the top 10 in the country....

why? and as for moron, does it make you feel better to talk like a kid in grammar school calling people names? yes, like Trump does, this puts you at his level, how does that make you feel?

The individual behind it is Attorney General Brian Frosh.
This really has very little to do with Trump and everything to do with this year's gubernatorial election. Republican Hogan won, unexpectedly, four years ago against a hand picked Democratic opponent, now US Rep. Anthony Brown, who campaigned as if the election was a coronation.
The fact that Hogan has a popularity rating in the mid to high 60% range is freaking the Democrats out (although only 48% of those surveyed will vote to reelect him. The last Republican Governor, Bob Ehrlich, went into the election with a 60% favorability rating and still lost to Martin O'Malley, who ran not against Ehrlich but George W. Bush).
Last year the Legislature passed, over Hogan's veto, a measure allowing Attorney General Frosh to sue the Trump Administration for anything with no oversight. Immigration, tax reform, whatever. The two listed are both active lawsuits against the Trump Administration filed by Frosh.
The vetoes will allow the Democrats to accuse Hogan of protecting the Trump Administration as well as racism since his presumed opponent, Prince George's County Executive Rushern Baker, is Black and presides over a scandal ridden school system.
Yeah...some absolutely cannot see the light. Trump's approval numbers still suck. He has an even 40% approval rating in Politics 538 poll average. Its a little in the RCP average, about 41.5. His disapproval ratings are double digits above his approval ratings.
Of course, the reply from Trumpers will be "the polls are inaccurate". I agree. They seem to be. The democrats are winning these off year elections by greater margins than the polls are saying. Its not looking good, but I'm smiling and being patient. The GOP is looking at a really ugly midterm election. I suspect on November 6th the voters are going to take out the trash.

Why would you say that. Hogan is doing a fine job and he was elected because he is a moderate republican. There are not many left. Democrats voted for him. And they will vote for him again. So stop spinning your tale.
