Actually the concern isn't in counting the votes. The concern is that votes are being counted that weren't actually cast on election day. In other words....FRAUD.
You sound like Rick Scott and his conspiracy theories.
Even his own FDLE told him that they have not seen any evidence of fraud to investigate so why are you following him down that rabbit hole?
Evidently the delay this morning in Broward starting recount was ironocally over what I and a couple of others brought up yesterday. GOP Reps wanted multiple machines tested with fully filled ballots and missed senator votes to ensure that it was not a machine issue and that people didn’t go and try to fill in those 25,000 ballots mostly for Nelson to claim in the end it was a machine misread. They haven’t said what was found but early indications are it’s not a machine error which means this is over.

Broward country has a bad reputation and actual documented improprieties when handling elections. The woman is change has done all sorts of inappropriate things, but still gets reelected because Democrats don't care about integrity/honesty in an elections official. Instead they reward partisan gerrymandering of election results because they know she will favor their team.
They always seem to be late, and mysteriously find truck loads of ballots if the race is close enough.
(Funny how mysterious ballots and recounts ALWAYS favor Democrats, across this country, isn't it)
Also, why has most election engineering/cheating that has been discovered, is being done by the Democrats (i.e. Chicago)?
One sweet thing I always look back at is the 2000 presidential campaign where the Democratic election official changed the previous election years ballot in her county, to help seniors to better be able to differentiate the candidates and vote for them.
As people might know that is one of the few counties in FL that is overwhelmingly Democrat, and the seniors (mostly northeastern snowbirds who retired in FL are almost 100% Democrat). Thus it was an effort to help her own party that famously backfired and help get Bush elected over Gore.
Two specific ironies in this incident is that a greater proportion of people voted for Pat Buchanan in a county full of elderly Democratic Jewish voters(largest outside of NYC).
While Buchanan is not an anti-Semite, liberals have for decades tried to portray him as one. Thus it is undoubtedly proof that because of the way the butterfly ballot was laid out that year, you had Jewish Democrats accidentally voting for a non-Democrat who was supposedly hateful toward Jews.
Yet it was not some (R) plot, and instead carried out by (D) elections official to try and manipulate the outcome of the election.
How little did she know it would all come down to FL, and her south FL county in-particular. Thus her shenanigans probably gave the election to Bush over Gore.
One wonders if she drinks free whenever anyone recognizes her in a bar.
The "militant" Democratic Party, as hijacked by its collection of former-student-radical leadership, and swollen by the collection of illegal immigrants, urban faux "homeless", perpetual-adolescent Snowflakes and similar riffraff within its lowest ranks, and of late, sinking to ANTIFA tactics, represents as great a threat to true pluralism and progress as Marxism and Nazism.

As I stated above there is no evidence of fraud.
Accusations doesn't make it a reality or have Republicans forgotten about Kavanaugh?
This isn't so much about actually overturning the election results--but more so about creating the appearance that candidates like Beto, Abraams and Gillim came "so close" to make the attempts to take those seats NOT look like a total failure.
They know that they won't find an extra 33,000+ ballots all of which are Democrats, but what they do hope is that those candidates who did lose, could possibly still win in a future election IF given just a little more push--possibly in a candidateless bigger platform such a a run for the presidency in 2020.
I highly doubt any of these results are going to flip the results, but the goal is to close the margin to make it so small, that it actually creates the illusion of winning or coming into a "close" second.
