Me. I had the offer of free four-year tuition, in this case to be paid for by a close family member who was wealthy, and I declined and worked to put myself through four years of university and post-graduate studies.

I think we need to find ways to make college more affordable, but not free for everyone who wants to attend college without working.

It's only proposed to be free for in-state tuition for public colleges. The average in-state public college tuition in the US is $6,131/year.

Books, room and board are the responsibility of the student and not part of the 'free' plan. Private college tuition and out-of-state tuition rates aren't part of the plan. Those can be much more expensive and are excluded.

Room/board averages $10,000/year and students will still need to come up with a way to pay for room/board. Ditto if they want to attend a private college or if they want to attend a public college in a different state. Ditto for books. Many students will work to pay for these items and/or combine this with student loans and money from their family.

Nearly 20 states already offer free in-state tuition in some form.

The Left is heavily invested with the elites and don't like outsiders in politics exposing and ruining their schemes of money and power.

I don't know if anyone posted this already but there is a video of Bernie giving an interview years ago praising Castro and the Nicarauguan Sandanistas. He actually said that if Castro were so terrible why would his people put up with him? Guess he didn't hear about the murder, imprisonment and torture of Castro's enemies nor the thousands of people paddling in dinky boats to escape to Miami!

I remembered it while watching the latest video from one of my Q interpreters, SpaceShot76 (PrayingMedic is another good channel), who inserted the clip at 13:00. By the way, if you think Q is a scam, just watch this current video. Q movement is growing worldwide and can't be ignored. Media types are obsessed with Q, including NY Slimes' Maggie Haberman. Why would they feel so threatened? The evidence suggests Q is someone close to Trump and Q+ is Trump. Watch these as they come out and see what you think.

It's absolutely amazing that Republicans were SO sensitive about poor Bernie during the last election and now they are coming out with guns blazing.

Hmm.

If Hillary Clinton decides to run again this should be her platform.

Stay pumped! Bernie Sanders ran on an anti Hillary Clinton platform in 2016. What is he going to run on in 2020, anti Donald Trump? Bernie Sanders is dumb! The Republicans and Russia want Sanders to run because they know he will be in the race only to divide the Democratic party, Sanders CANNOT and WILL NOT win the Democratic nomination for President. Sanders burned bridges with Democrats in 2016, Sanders should take his money and just go away.
