It's about time someone competent and mentally stable ran on the Republican ticket for President!

Quote:
Donald Trump has his first Republican challenger for 2020.
William Weld, the former Massachusetts governor, said Friday he would run against Trump for the GOP presidential nomination.“We have a president whose priorities are skewed towards promotion of himself rather than for the good of the country,” Weld said at a recent gathering in New Hampshire. “He may have great energy and considerable raw talent, but he does not use that in ways that promote democracy, truth, justice and equal opportunity for all.

Weld stable? Ha. Hahahaha.

Dont you remember 2016? The gaffes and the slightly crazy talk? Besides, I don't think many on the right want a former governor from Massachusetts to be the president.

Saw him recently at a train station.. had that "alcoholic" look to him. But he is no challenge for Trump. He might as well be Biden.

In all fairness, Trump made a guy with the nickname Mad Dog look stable.

Well he did amass 3% of the popular vote running as VP with Gary ("I'm having a brain freeze") Johnson. Maybe with Weld at the top of the ticket they could get to 4%.

You're right. For some reason I was mixing the two up in my head. (Who's not stable? Lol.)

Weld is the one who was the fake libertarian: the gun grabber who's in favor of eminent domain.

If you are a Never Wuzz and you want some national press, then say you are going to run against Trump. All of the crooked MSM will beat a fast path to your door.

totally disagree with you; do you remember what happened to Carter when someone seriously challenged him? How about Bush 1, what happened? One of the worst things a person can do, is this. For you cause you are not a conservative or Republican it is a good thing, for my party it is not.
