Mid terms say otherwise.

I don't recall that the voters had an opportunity to vote for Biden.

They didn't, but he was Vice President during Obama's term, and Obama insisted that his legacy was on the ballot with Clinton, who lost.

I don't pay attention. It's better for my mental health. I know that Kamala Harris' name is being floated around, and if she is being considered good lord - the Dems are in bad shape. Black people will not vote for Kamala. I'm telling any campaign lurkers right now: BLACK PEOPLE ARE NOT VOTING FOR KAMALA HARRIS. The dems are all on this "women" thing. Hilary lost. Let it go. We don't want a woman president. We want a competent one. If that's man, woman or dog...that's what the American people want.

If the dems put up Kamala Harris, Cory Booker or any other establishment black politician, they will see The Bernie Effect 2.0. Blacks will either not vote or they will vote Republican. And honestly, I think that's what they need to do. The dems have harmed black people enough. We need to show them better than we can tell them. This is your warning dems.

Oh. And don't think Alexandria Ocasio is going to be a good candidate either. She will tank as well. Dems think all their old tricks are going to work. They won't. The dems are the ones who let immigrants who gain social standing think they're white, and those are the people who turn around and vote Republican. LOL

Unlike the dems, black people learn from their mistakes. They really think Kamala is gonna be Obama 2.0. We are not falling for that game again. Try again dems...or watch the Republicans wipe the floor with you. Again.

I think Hillary will be the last moderate Democrat to win the nomination. The party has moved left to the point that even Obama might not be liberal enough. 2008 Obama support civil unions rather than gay marriage, that would no longer fly. The 2020 nominee will be for universal health care, national $15 minimum wage, anti Israel, and porous if not open borders.

Or, Hillary had already stated she was running, Bernie was polling well and he and Clinton splitting the vote would have helped Bernie secure the most delegates of the 3.

And that will cause them to lose. They were too far left last election.

They say disaster for the Democrats in 2020. The senate was a disaster for them, the House was barely taken with a lot of controversy around a couple of dozen races, and most importantly Trump outperformed ever other President in modern history.

Not saying this because I live in Ohio but the dems best hope is Sherrod Brown, simply because he is the most normal person in the field and has the least baggage. If pedo Joe is the nominee expect to see thousands of attack ads with footage of him groping little kids, the videos are already all over YouTube. Trump became president just because the democrats had to have Hillary Clinton as the nominee even though she was highly despised and that caused people to come out of the woodwork not to vote for Trump but to vote against Hillary. If the democrats want to win they need an electable candidate and Biden just sucks.

Assuming she runs, Democrats should consider Amy Klobuchar as a nominee who has a productive, and heavily bipartisan, legislative history, proven ability to win over a lot of Trump voters as well as Democrats in her Senate races, and a totally clean background. She comes across as a down to earth, sensible problem solver with a great sense of humor.

Democrats are likely going to be much better off choosing someone who doesn't have a long history in the spotlight, and who contrasts with Trump not just in ideology, but in their entire persona and life experience.

Why exactly should he have cared that Hillary was running, if he was so qualified. Ditto Bernie.

Thing is, he should be prepared to explain this stuff. The initial reason given was he was too upset over losing his son.
