They are likely hiring some of the very posters you are reading on these comments to come on these sites and post negative stuff about Trump and the GOP.
Their comments tend to follow a pattern. Empty rhetoric. No real substance on policy. Attack the character of anyone who disagrees with them.
Ever notice how the left leaning media all seem to repeat a phrase over and over again? They get memos from the PAC telling them what to say. It's obvious listening to them all repeat the same phrases over and over.

There. I opened up your dense text to make your thoughts easier to read and understand.
If what you say is true, then there are going to be lots of folks here on either side who get banned. Trolls abide aplenty in both parties. The professional trolls don't care whose side they work for.
Troll tactics are always the same, wherever they come from, and the owners of City-Data know how to spot the troll.
I'm sure there is some PAC that is going to try to troll. It's now part of our process, but don't deceive yourself into believing trolling only comes from one side. It doesn't.
But don't believe Obama goes digging for trolls either.
Because he's a former President and a very popular one, he will never be out of politics for the rest of his life. But that certainly does not mean he will be active in campaigning, nor will he ever have any ambitions of returning to his former office.
Ask yourself: How much have we seen of him since he left office? On the times when we did see him, how much was he acting in a political way? When we see him, does he ever appear to be engaged in political business?
Ask yourself: How much have we seen of G.W. Bush since he left office? Or Carter? Or the Clintons?
When they leave, they all display how much they want to be engaged in politics.
Bush wants none of it, and only appears once in a while as a fundraiser. Carter only engages when he sees some international interest of ours falling apart. The Clintons engage all the time.
All of them had staffs full of professionals who will surely be looking for another job to do what they do. So it's to be expected former staffers will be working for candidates who offer them a job.
All the ex-Presidents will be getting calls from the candidates. Some will be pleading for endorsements, others will be asking for advice. Some of that advice will be tactical, some will be preparational. Ex-Presidents all know stuff candidates don't. And they are still members of their party and so they all want their party to win the White House.
But what's Obama doing? Trust your eyes. Nothing more than that. Don't let your paranoia rule your eyeballs.
I fully expect Obama will endorse the Democratic nominee, and may actively campaign for that person once the nominee is decided.
But this isn't his game any longer, so he's not leading it behind closed doors.
