I think it would be a mistake.

We'll just have to agree to disagree.
Bernie has a bigger problem; Americans.

I think Americans are greedy and materialistic and they love that neo-liberal economics give them cheap goods to consume in mass.

That is why they conveniently blame 'the market' for any poverty and will only go so far as supporting saftey nets in extreme cases.

For real economic change to happen, economic growth and consumerism would no longer be the shrine of American life. That comes with mass tourism, cars, machine washers, and other things people expect to have.

The job market would have to be reworked to more labor lead than capital lead which would empower communities and dis-power globalization.

The majority of Americans hate that, and they support war as long as it maintains their living standards. It's a tragedy but Americans can never support a man like Bernie. They are too selfish, both young and old.

Millennials especially love the convenience of technology and cheap goods which requires exploitation in foriegn markets, corporate 'free trade' agreements which destroy small land owners, and war to keep markets open and stable.

So Americans including young Americans will fail Bernie? So, assuming that case were made to him or he sees and accepts it, does he keeping doing Bernie the same way? Apparently.

He should stay the same. Moderation has made it so that corporate run markets have a greater say than our democratic values.

People, like in China and elsewhere, have become addicted to materialism to the point were war, cheap labor migrants, destruction of communities, automation, drug addiction, exploitation, and monopolization have become run of the mill policies.

But Bernie shouldn't betray his own beliefs for power, because then he could change nothing himself. Its better to lose than be praised as a winner by everything you fought against.

Losing isn't the worse thing in the world, sometimes its better to try even when you know their is no victory at the end.

Only Joe Biden with his big lead can afford to pretend it's the general election and go after Trump. The others need to be vicious with each other to stand a chance.

In Sander's case he needs to position himself as the authentic progressive and Warren as the more corporate Democrat. He should be bashing Warren at every opportunity. He should even be attacking her over her fake claim as a Native American...nothing is off limits. Many of you might not like my idea..you might think Democrats should be one big unified Trump hating family. You are going to get exactly that and because of it some candidates including Bernie might as well drop out right now. Not fighting with each other=being a polite loser.
So you think they should act like a bunch of immature children as the GOP candidates did in the 2016 primaries? It was embarrassing listening to them insult each other and compare size. Maybe the Dems would like to behave like adults and not attack each other. They are presenting actual policies and plans and people are listening to them.

Liz Warren and Pete Buttigieg happen to be surprisingly good at communicating their messages. Maybe they just don't think they need to bash each other to get elected. Just saying "the other guy" sucks isn't all that compelling. Bernie's acting like a mature adult who respects his fellow candidates--gasp! Even in the general, I don't think idiotic nicknames, demeaning insults and trashy treatment is going to work this time. Many are just sick and tired of 'mean.'

Buttigieg - Yes. But Democrats won't choose him because he's Gay.

"hold my beer" Pocahontas - Nope. She offed herself with the 1/1024 Cherokee nonsense.

Bernie? - Doesn't take much to set him off into a rage. He looks like someone getting ready to have a heart attack once he goes there.

It does appear that Bernie will stay the same. That is his choice and yeah he probably can't do otherwise and doesn't want to.

So either that works or someone else carries the banner into the general election. Biden, Warren, other.

It won't.

Warren or Biden or maybe Buttigieg will win, they'll promote neo-liberal policies, and democrats will cheer.

Corruption will win like always.

Is she running? Time to catch up to the times, Waldo. No one cares about what Clinton did anymore.

Dear, try to keep up.

It was a response to what someone said about politicians running 2016. If this upsets you, direct it towards that post.
