Trump's criticism of Omar and the rest of the Squad is genius from a political perspective. Independents, seeing and hearing more of Omar, with her as the face of the Dem party will be highly turned off by her message of socialism and hate for America. Her 'foreign' look, complete with headdress shows we have terrorists in Congress, and that is going to be a wakeup call for many.

Really? I was an Independent for decades, probably as long as Sanders, before I became a Democrat. As my Democrat daughters said to me, "Mom, your are NOT an Independent". "How many Republicans have you ever voted for?" Actually only TWO. Independents really lean one or the other Party.
