But I am not brave enough to call NC either way, yet. Give it another week and I might feel more confident.

Maybe skewing the topic a bit, but I see a path for Biden, assuming Trump keeps all the Great Lakes States he won in 16: That path is AZ+The Atlantic Southeast.
AZ, FL, GA, and NC.
Any three of those four and Biden wins. It's also a win if Biden gets FL plus one of those three.
Ha. I'm not that brave to call it either! It's my best guestimate. We'll see.

Always one of those in both parties. He looks like a boy scout. Ha. I think most people won't react too strongly to the texting. My thoughts anyway.

Cunningham's sexting will kill him with women....especially married women.

You have no idea what a Communist is and based on your past posting history really no idea what a Patriot is.

Maybe, but morally (or lack of) we seem to be past the point where sex scandals really hurt politicians of either party.

OK after reading this a bit and reading more about the candidates and people on other sources, my predictions are:

1. Trump will prevail

2. Tillis will get re-elected

3. Cooper will get re-elected.

Untrue. We are not past it. Particularly married women, since they are most vulnerable to infidelity like this.

There is a lot of emotional carnage here...both parties are married with children.

Its not okay, its a violation of trust. If Cal Cunningham is willing to do this to his own family, why should NC voters trust him? They shouldn't!

Next comes the revelations of a full-blown extra-marital affair. The odds of this being a 1 time sexting exchange are very remote. I'm sure NC voters are thinking the same thing.

This is a train wreck for the Democrat party. Retaking the Senate, just got a lot tougher due to a selfish man who only cares about himself.

Cunningham cheated on his wife AND his mistresses who are now turning on each other. Catfight!

“He’s been having an affair with a good friend of mine since 2012. Not the woman mentioned in the story. Needless to say, my friend was devastated. But my feeling is, if they’ll cheat WITH you, they’ll cheat ON you!"

Yeah but the stupidity of it matters.

And now his first mistress is mad because she didn't know about the sexting mistress.

Cunningham will lose, not because people care about the sex, but because they care that he is an idiot doing this during an election.
