I voted libertarian in 2012 but I only did so because I despised the GOP candidate, I usually vote libertarian if the GOP nominates a moron like they did in 2008 and 2012. I agree with libertarians on foreign policy and monetary issues and gun issues but that's about it. Just like here in Georgia there are libertarians running for Public Service Commissioner. Both will get my vote just to maybe help them get better numbers.

I voted Johnson/Weld in '16 but have already cast my vote for Biden. Also I find it amusing that Trump supporters denounce Biden and the Dems as "socialists" while giving Trump a pass on his socialist farms subsidies to bail out farmers hurt by his big government tariffs.

voting for Biden/Harris and their far left platform for healthcare and the Green deal and raising taxes makes anything on Trump small. Sorry to tell you but your libertarian principles are lacking. Biden and Kamala are way bigger government than Trump. I haven't even mention the endless wars and endless occupations Biden is for. So your vote really lost me.

so you don't like Trump because of farmers bailout and tariffs on China but vote for a guy that is for more bigger government including paying the healthcare of millions of illegals by raising taxes and push the Green Deal which is a massive government power grab......LMAO!

There are other reasons to oppose Trump in addition to his big government and authoritarian tendencies such as the fact that he's a pathological liar and a sociopath. We need to dump Trump before we can even have rational debates and civil dialogues. And if Biden wants to move the country too far to the left (and I don't think he does) he can be voted out in 2024 just like Trump on Nov. 3.

By the way, your claim that Biden wants taxpayers to provide healthcare for illegal immigrants is rated "Mostly False" by Snopes fact checker:

Did Biden Say Taxpayers Must Fund Health Care for ‘Illegal Immigrants’?
Another Biden quote was misrepresented by U.S. President Donald Trump and the internet.

Biden is a pathological liar and a creepy sociopath.

So why is that a reason to oppose Trump?

How is calling the other side racist a rational debate or civil dialogue? You definitely need a red pill if you think it is all Trump.

I'm not a Biden fan but I voted for him because Trump is ten times worse.

Makes no sense. We can play the what if game all day long.

The Libertarians I know would write in Mickey Mouse before they vote for Trump. So to automatically assume in the absence of Johnson, a Johnson vote = Trump vote would be inaccurate. You do not understand Libertarians if you think that they would vote Trump.

Keep in mind everyone voting for Johnson knew he had no chance at winning and still didn't vote to keep Hillary out of office by voting Trump, so your assumption fails.

I'm a libertarian who voted for Johnson. I did so because I vote for the candidate that I think will make the best President, not to keep anyone out of office. This year I will either vote for Jorgensen or for Trump (about a 2% chance of that happening). The Democrats, other than decriminalization, have nothing to offer that I'm interested in. I kind of like not turning on the news and hearing about the new area of the Middle East that we've decided to stick our nose into. A vote for Biden is a vote for more of the same old slop Washington has been feeding us for the past two decades, including overregulation and more wars. No thanks.

SNOPES is a joke. Tell me how Biden is going to pass Obamare 2 and the green deal and pay for illegals (his words and Pelosi) without raising taxes? please explain. He already lied for 8 years about Obamacare. Premiums and taxes went up.
You say Trump is 10 times worse then Biden shows you are clueless about Biden's 47 year record in government. Biden has a worse record than Hillary on Wars and Hillary is bad. Just on the wars, crime bill and bad trade deals, Biden is worse. Biden 47 years to Trump 4, not even in the same ball park.

even the huge stimulus Pelosi and Biden wants to pass includes all illegals and back pay to the first stimulus but you have a problem Trump aiding American farmers???? LMAO!! and you call yourself libertarian???? ok , more like "hell with principles, TDS RULES"

Let's go back to Pre-Trump, because everything was fine.
