Many of us have said it's done, it's over many times, but this guy, who argues regularly before the U.S. Supreme Court and was a former acting U.S. solicitor general, just sums it up so well, and even throws in a little fun. Today's opinion by the U.S. Court of Appeals, he says, "devastated all of the claims," and was a total "judicial smackdown." Take a listen, it's only 5 minutes long: https://www.instagram.com/p/CIHeRxJHkjV/
No, whether it has the power to or not (and I applaud all of you posters--on both sides--who have painstakingly gone into the Constitution to address this), the Pennsylvania legislature is not going to select new pro-Trump electors, certainly not after today's devastating opinion, nor is the Supreme Court even going to hear the case, not after the 3 Republican judges, one appointed by Trump him himself, threw out the case that was supposed to "tie it all together" today because the claims "have no merit."
It just goes to show you we're still living in the Twilight Zone. Some people think it all started with the Pandemic. Others think it started the night Trump got elected.
Their actions are on video tape. Why would workers be dumb enough to commit vote fraud before a camera?
Probably because it's been done before but no one noticed nor did they care. Was that so hard to figure out?
In the 2012 election, there was a precinct in Philadelphia that had more votes cast than there were registered voters. And every single vote was for Obama. When that came to light, no one cared enough to look into it. It all got swept under the rug.
I would think that you would welcome what is going on now. It doesn't matter what side one is on, I would think everybody would want to know that our elections are on the up and up.
In the meantime, since you are 100% certain that there was no fraud whatsoever, you should just sit back and chill while things play out. Yet you're not doing that. Why?

Others believe it started with the deinstitutionalization of people with mental illness. Been building for a long time.
If it’s so corrupt why didn’t trump and his crack pot legal team question this prior to the election? There is no rule of law in this country. It’s about how much money you have, nothing else really matters.
A state legislature cannot “act” in any way outside of an appropriately called session. It’s the reason you have them; and why there are ways to have a “special session” outside normally scheduled sessions. You need an appropriately called session, a quorum, a majority vote to authorize any appointments. It’s not just laws that require it. It’s any action by the legislature at all. Anything else would be action by individual state senators and not the legislature itself as required by the constitution.
Don't you think, given the current atmosphere, that we can dispense with formalities like official "sessions" and conduct the whole thing by group text?
You have nothing to worry about Dems. Keep telling yourselves that. If you say it enough it makes it true, right? Just ask the MSM. They’ve perfected that art.
Apparently the Pennsylvania legislature is going to meet in a special session to select electors. This due to a belief the election results are corrupt as a result of a recent hearing about the election. They are a Republican majority in both houses, and the Constitution vests final power to select electors with each state legislature.
This will flip Pennsylvania to Trump. Expect to see similar things happening in Arizona, Georgia and Michigan.
When cheaters get caught, sometimes there are consequences. To those who cheated to steal this election in partnership with the CCP, good luck.
I don't know about any of that, but apparently mail-in voting is unconstitutional per the Pennsylvania constitution. Shockingly, the state government was aware of this and did it anyway. Also shocking is the fact that the Trump campaign apparently didn't figure it out until after the election.
