That's a bit of an overstatement. There was no change in the state House majority/minority and maybe one more seat went D in the Senate (don't know but at one point the D was ahead). At the national level all the incumbents were re-elected and it remains 5-4 Dem. So it was a draw on the undercard. Legal weed and a big tax increase on the wealthy both won over strong Republican opposition. And Sheriff Joe's crony was defeated by Dem incumbent. It was not a great night for Dems though and probably less than they expected.
McSally (R stand in for McCain) was defeated and I had read Rs picked up some in the legislature- that might have evaporated as all votes were tallied. The big county that I've seen coverage on is Maricopa- a D lost a county supervisor type position and republicans were all returned at the same time the county swung Biden and Kelly. The number i saw were that 100k voters had to go Biden/Kelly/straight R down ballot in order for the results to land where they did.
I will say Arziona proved to be the most interesting of the states as Dems claimed the top two prizes and Rs held their own on every other race. And for a Biden 10k victory Native Americans and the main metro swung hard Biden and Hispanics increased their voting numbers while other areas saw a Trump surge.
“We are clawing our Electoral College votes back, we will not release them,” Finchem said. “That’s what I’m calling on our colleagues in both the House and Senate to do—exercise our plenary authority under the U.S. Constitution.
“There is a legal brief out there that says we are not tethered to state statute when it comes to this one question.”
According to Finchem, the move would be easy to make and would be legally binding.
“A simple majority can call the House and Senate back, and in a day can pass a resolution and cause those electoral votes to basically be held,” he said. “And it is binding—I’ll see y’all in court.”

LOL desperation time. It’s like a brat in a toy store throwing a tantrum before being dragged out.
Especially considering how Russia was actively injecting itself into our election in 2016 stealing and leaking emails. The Trump admin took steps to stop foreign interference by hardening US election systems which were quite successful by all accounts. OF course, now Trump fired the people responsible for that success because they told the truth that this was a fair election without foreign interference or cyber fraud.
It's a good point. It took Trump a while to figure out who was actually doing their job in the Federal Government, and once he identified them he fired them as soon as possible and replaced them with one of his shills. From our investigative agencies to the DOD to the EPA to the DOJ. Following the law of the land? Effective, smart, efficient? They were gone.

The show must go on! Trump needs to raise more money to line his own pockets. For those of you who are on his fund raising mailing list, these "hearings" are meant for you.
