Some followup/more info on this case. The hearing in court continued yesterday. About 1600 of the 2500 ballots the judge said to look at had been examined and 5 more were found to be inconsistent with overvotes or undervotes erroneously transcribed. With the original 200, that works out to an error rate of 0.5%(not 3% as the OP claims) Of those, 5 were errors in Trump's favor and 2 in Biden's. Based on 28,000 such ballots in Maricopa County, no more than perhaps 50 votes would swing either way, so this entire issue is not consequential to the outcome of the election. No fraud is being claimed by plaintiffs and this is entirely a product of human error.
