Yeah, well, since that was inevitable anyway because none of his loved ones pointed out the potential for embarrassment, better that he was humiliated by a famous person than simply stuffed into a middle school locker! At least he'll have a cool story to tell his kids and grandkids one day instead of having to admit he was bullied in school.

Obama: Forget any thing else. Forget all issues good or bad. The fact that he is exactly half white and half black but refuses to admit his is anything but fully black is enough for me to suspect he is a racist. Then throw in all the Rev Wright mess and I know he is a racist. He will divert a lot of the money that we now throw at Iraq and hand it to Africa which is his pet project. And that ***** that he keeps in hiding so she dont slip her toungue again admitting how much she hates America and white people.

Billery: We have had enough of the Clintons and the bushys, especially the current Dictator "The Decider" one. Life and the economy was prosperous under Bill and if Billery can do half as well we will get out of this deep recession maybe....maybe.

McAmnesty: This temper tamtrum specialist is nothing more then a bushy clone who even has the same DNA. He already promised us he would leave our men in Iraq for a hundred years. That alone should take him of anyones favorite list. And if that dont do it then his love affair and policies with the illegal aliens is legendary. Come one come all says McAmnesty. No need to get drivers licenses or SS cards. Come one come all !!

None of them will do as they are promising.
None of them will do anything to get a any kind of national health care.
None of them will bring the soldiers home from that hell hole.
None of them have any idea how to fix the economy and all it's woes.
None of them will stop sucking up to our enemys or buying friends.
None of them give a damn about us.

Yet everyone believes it when these 3 clowns say they will. Even though never in the history of the USA has a politico clown kept a promise.

Since the beginning of time, history shows that voting for the lessor of 2 evils is still evil.

So would I drive all the way across town to pull a silly lever for a write in vote for Ron Paul? I would drive 3 weeks to do so if he had half the chance. But he dont so I will just exercise my right NOT to vote for evil when I know it is not for our own good. Then I will win. America will not.

It is truely a shame that these our our only choices. All the talent, the leaders, the scholars, the business world geniuses in this country and these 3 clowns are the only choices after all the campaign dust has cleared. None of them do anything for me and neither of them will they do anything for you. Mark my words.

I just noticed this thread, interesting question so I'll try to get the discussion back on track.

Obama - As a person I'm lukewarm on him. I like folks who are clear and concise in their communication, and I find his wording to be too indirect. I respect his intelligence, and have no reason to doubt his nuanced sincerety. I agree with some postitions and disagree with others, and the key element in my decision to not support him involves his approach to foreign policy.

Clinton - Don't particularly care for her as a person, I find her to be too calculating and manipulative/pandering for my comfort level. I admire her intelligence and her toughness, she would be an effective negotiator. Her issue positions are pretty similar to Obama's, however I think she is willing to be a bit more internationally engaged, with military options.

McCain - Generally like him as a person, he has a certain personal humility that I find to be genuine. I admire him tremendously, to go through what he did in Vietnam and still have a full and constructive life is amazing to me. I disagree with him more on domestic policies than I do Obama or Clinton (I'm pro choice for the first few months of pregnancy and generally pro gay rights) but am far more in agreement with him on foreign policy and military engagements.

Good question for a thread.

I know that this is a very simplified exercise, but I'm curious to see the results. I'll go first.

Obama - I don't know that much about him, but from what I've seen, I like him. I also have respect for him. I tend to disagree with a lot of what he says, but certainly not everything.

Clinton - From what I've seen, it's hard for me to like her, although my perception of her is that I probably have not seen what she is really like personally. I respect that she is very bright, but do not respect her on other "character" issues. I disagree on many things, but probably agree with her a little more than Obama.

McCain - I'm pretty indifferent to McCain on a likeability scale. I do respect him, but lost some respect for him based on the way he obvioulsy and continually mischaracterized Romney's point on timelines. I have disagreements with him as well, but tend to agree with him more than the other two on issues that I find significant.

Obama--no, no, mostly...about 8 of his positions according to a political test I took.

Clinton--no, no, mostly...she agrees with Obama's positions, except for one or two of them...however, there's NO way I want a WOMAN in office.

McCain--no, no, barely...I only agreed with 2 or 3 of his positions. If his positions were closer to Obama's, he'd be the "dream" candidate, considering his military service.

Sounds twisted to me but have it your way. It's about McCain's horrible temper - reported twice on this topic right here.

Obama--Don't trust him, will never vote for him and think he is a fake. I think he would be destructive to the USA as president.

Hillary--Have a lot of respect for her and her wise choices and family values. Do not agree with a lot of her policies. Would have to decide between her and McCain, but would probably pick McCain. I think she saved this country from a major depression when she didn't say, "Poor little me, he done me wrong." It would have been a blood bath. She has her family together and if she would change some of her policies and realize that a democracy only works when everyone takes care of themselves, she would make a GREAT president. We don't need a Momma. We need a president.

McCain--He put his life on the line for our country and I am very grateful to him for that. I think his wife would be an inspiration as First Lady if only as a good example. There is a lot I still don't know about him. Maybe that is why he would be my choice right now.

I don't usually choose a president by my feelings for them. I decide whether I think they would be good for the country. Both McCain and Clinton are very unselfish people and I think they both care very much for this country. Their actions have proven their love for the country where Obama's actions have left much doubt about his loyalty.

This is a very good thread. I found a lot of good information here that I did not know about.
