Again anyone who doesn't understand why we need arab translators in Afghanistan is showing their own lack of intelligence. It is called FOREIGN FIGHTERS. Remember that a little known terrorist group setup and still has camps in Afghanistan and Pakistan to train mean people from around the Middle East? Remember their leader some ARAB guy from Saudi Arabia? Hmmm foreign fighters? Hmmmm Osama from Saudi Arabia along with the was it 19 Saudi Hijackers from 9/11? Hmmmm didn't they train in Afghanistan? Don't they speak Arabic? Hmmmm maybe really did find a birthday card from Osama giving the address of his cave and the date of his party and couldn't translate it. Hmmmm maybe thats why we can't find him, no translators to interpret their documents when we find them or interrogate foreign fighters when we capture them. Perhaps there really aren't foreign fighters in Afghanistan and it was just a pretense to invade them.

Who's the conspiracy theorist now?

To answer your question, UB: Yes, Farsi is spoken in Iran; also in Afghanistan.

How is this any worse than claiming you are stronger in foreign policy and repeatedly not knowing the difference between Sunni and Shiite?

You all know who I'm talking about.

Great point. And foreign policy is supposedly you know who's strong area. You know who admits openly he is clueless about the economy.

In fact, in many ways you know who reminds me of You Know Who.

Easy. McCain wasn't born a muslim. Naturally, he would be less knowledgeable on the subject.

Also, appeasement is not foreign policy.

Maybe you should let Obama know he has since said that it was a mistake.

Also how many of the "foreign fighters" do you think they talk to?

Probably not very many. Hard to talk when you're dead.

More Obama lies:

BHO: "I Wrote A Tough Nuclear Bill" - ABSOLUTELY FALSE Obama's bill was rejected by the Democratic party leadership for its pandering and lack of regulation - mainly because of Obama's Nuclear Donor, Exelon, from which David Axelrod came.

BHO: "I don't take PAC money" -FALSE, TWISTED LOGIC. Obama does take contributions from wives, brothers, sons of PAC chairmen. Actually it is PAC money but technically it's given in the name of individual donors.

BHO: "I don't have Lobbyists" -FALSE, While Obama insists he has no dealings with Lobbyists the facts show 47 Lobbyists either on his national election committee staff or working in his campaign. Former SC Governor Hodges, a registered Lobbyist for Pharmaceutical and Chemical interests is Obama's chief speech writer.
