OR - here is a nice article detailing why old McCain could be in trouble against the Obama juggernaut.

I'll be interested in seeing numbers after the first debates.

Looks like he's the longshot in the General Election.
Good thing McCain isn't a gamble for the Republicans, eh?

Let's check back in November, shall we?

One small terrorist attack in October and 3/4 of the country will vote for McCain.

And you know that is true, unfortunately.

snopes.com: Obama's 50 Lies
What's interesting is that Snopes talks about 11 of the 50 points. What about the other 39? Are they really lies?

Wishful thinking.

Since we don't know how the Country would respond one likely scenario is as good as another, and it is quite plausible that the reaction could be to have a 360 degree change from all out War all over again. Sometimes cooler heads prevail, and we know we're not going to get DIPLOMACY out of the McCain camp, let alone the Nation's fear of another Administration sponsored propaganda War.

Does it really matter? Why so much hope in this country for who the next president is? Haven't we been screwed enough by both parties and the Feds in general to stock accepting this crap? Go ahead and place your hopes in a politician...I just think it's a waste of time. Someone can't go into Washington and change it, Washington changes the individual.

Unfortunately, as smart as Obama is, he's shown a very limited understanding of History and Geography. I believe, before you even think about diplomacy, you need to have a firmer grasp on those two things than he has shown.

It is most likely an "in progress" article. The entire "chain letter" layout of those supposed lies (and the supposed LIAR - YOU ARE A MUSLIM commentary attached) should speak for itself. Anyway, google some of the supposed "quotes" and "lies" attributed to him in that 50 lies chain email, and you'll be able to see if they are true. Half of them are opinion anyway.

For Example, they said it's a lie that Obama was a law professor, but the U of Chicago disagrees:
University of Chicago Law School > Media

Try telling the Obama supporters this one. They simply don't believe it. They think Obama is going to turn the town upside down because he is an "outsider." (Which is the same argument that was used in 2000 with George Bush.)
