William J. Bennett & Seth Leibsohn on Barack Obama on National Review Online

That's all, just 10? Excellent article by Bennett.

Quote:
As Kimberly Strassel recently put it in the Wall Street Journal: “Mr. Obama is hawking a tax policy that would take the nation back to the effective marginal tax rates of the Carter days. He wants to further tax income, payroll, capital gains, dividends and death. His philosophy is pure redistribution.”
Quote:
This past Sunday’s Washington Post reported, “European officials are increasingly concerned that Sen. Barack Obama’s campaign pledge to begin direct talks with Iran on its nuclear program without preconditions could potentially rupture U.S. relations with key European allies early in a potential Obama administration.”

You can't tell democrats anything, they're so star struck with this clown. McCain isn't great, but he's not out there like this nutcase.

They are star struck over a man that has not done anything extraordinary nor been in the public eye very long. He is "cool" and that is all they know.

Yeah and it's kinda sad. I am mostly concerned about all of the young voters. It seems they are more taken by marketing and "what's cool". I am 29 and a lot of my friends don't even truly understand the issues. I have had to go into in depth conversations to even prove a point (not that I know a whole lot) but enough to show them they are wrong. Truly...I don't know if it will be enough to change their vote.

It's marketing that makes this world go round and marketing that makes this world crazy. I'll give you an example..I work for an agriculture company. We make all kinds of products. Let's focus on grass seed in major stores like Wal-Mart, Target, Lowe's, etc.... There is a company that has more product in those stores than we do. BUT...guess where they get their product? from us! It's funny when you are talking to consumers on a store level that will swear by this brand...it's all over major news shows, the Today Show, etc. ...MOST of the time....they don't even make thier products! Our product could be sitting directly next to the "popular product" cheaper, prettier package and MUCH better quality....they will buy the one the saw on the Today Show or the magazine... the actual product is less quality and more expensive. But because of all the marketing and pretty package...consumers swear by it....See the relation of Obama and politics....Get real...his views are awful....

Have you heard Dick Morris (dem.) about his new book called Fleeced, about Obama and how bad Obama is....! Even dem. are starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel.

McCain has demonstrated complete (and tragic) incompetence in foreign policy and domestic policy as well. Addtionally, a McCain administration would continue such failed policies and add more corruption as his buddies like Gramm would continue to rape America

McCain will make sure that Enron Loophole is wrapped tightly around us in the future and big energy will continue to dictate policy.

Nobody needs to highlight the comparison here. we will be screwed either way, obama or mccain, which was the reason i was pinning it all on billary. I hope this thread will highlight just that fact and lets forget parties for one min: we will be screwed.

So Obamarxist is to the left of Europe? They must be p*ssing their pantaloons. From BushBoy to Obamarxist, too much for an Old World soul to handle, eh? Hoorah to our little brainwashed kiddies now old enough to pull the lever. It's their game now, let them reap what they sow. It is very difficult to listen to and be "tolerant" of these 20+ snot nosed socialists (even in my family) spout their agendas and kool-aid drivel.
