Nope, absolutely not and that wasnt my point. My point is that VP selections should be about issues...not demographics and who can help you win a state...we need brains not bodies.

Bobby Jindal and Sarah Palin, from looking at the records, would both make excellent, conservative choices. If McCain wants to reach out to the base, I'd be looking at these two.

Its funny that Tim Pawlentys name is even being thrown around. He won re-election by 1 percentage point after his competitor called someone a "republican w***e", and it would swing Minnesota to the point where McCain only moderately loses the state.
