I'm donating now. What a man with character. I say a prayer every night for this man's protection and that God will guide this man with wisdom and strength to carry this country back to dignity that we all so want so desperately.

With what he is able to get i his own campaign they should collect a lot. I'm not getting into this as another post it turned ugly. But I think that both Obama and McCain should do what they can but I think they need tp be careful that it doesn't look self serving and I like the way Obama handle his impact. I have heard he has been involved and is in contact with those surrounding the Hurricane. But I haven't had to see it. I don't know if that make sense to anyone else. Obama to me showed leadership without showing himself.

Yeah. That's why this country has seen the best years for the last 8. I mean, vote McCain/Palin for more.

Wait a minute -- when McCain went on TV this afternoon to announce a scaled-down convention, a cessation of political activities, and the call to help out, y'all were jumping up and down criticizing him. But it's soooo different and wonderful for Obama to offer help?

I'm GLAD Obama is using his network to help out and I don't think it's political in the least. It's what Americans do. I just wish the other side could recognize the same.
