Biden also "lied" yesterday at his press conference calling Palin a Lieutenant Governor. Biden has a problem with his recollection of facts I guess.

I guess the 7,659 times he heard GOVERNOR the past week, and his excellent knowledge of the USA and the 50 states' GOVERNORS just didn't ring a bell.

Biden feels that despite an investigation that took place A VERY LONG TIME AGO, the driver was drinking.

The driver may not have been legally drunk but Biden feels the guy was still drinking.

He doesnt mention it anymore.

Whats so hard to understand?

I know...like this has anything to do with the capability of running the country...Lets harp on the fact he had a death close to him... I am just loving the repub moral standards here....

Do you really think a story like this is going to sway any voters?

What an underhanded way to attack a man about something SO personal with no effect on his policy or way he leads. This from the same people who get upset when some question whether Palin is making good mommy choices.
The reason is the axiom :

"Don't shake the apple tree if you don't want to get hit on the head.

Underhanded? He said it right? The BIDEN campaign went on a nasty personal assault on her personal family business including her 17 year old immediately.

The BIDEN campaign official representatives made slanderous assertions of supporting Nazi sympathizers that were corrected by the source but the campaign refused to retract it's assertions. And several more.

The BIDEN campaign's large supporter US WEEKLY right away OVER THE WEEKEND got out a slanderous libelous inaccurate nasty magazine with her picture on it with the words :Babies, Lies and Scandal.

When the US WEEKLY put out an OBAMA story with this heartwarming photo of the OBAMAS and "Why He Loves Her"..."she shops at Target".

Yesterday Biden even called her the Lieutenant Governor. ANY sneaky "misstatement" cheap shot is fine then?

Or should just the people against you lay down and put up with it. The entire media except Fox is campaigning for OBAMA. Even Tom Brokaw had to chastize Matthews and Oberman and Oberman called for him to be fired over it.

Yes, any cheap shot is ok in politics, your guys shook the apple tree.

Why would Biden accuse this guy of driving while drunk, especially after the investigation said he wasn't? Just to embellish his story and garner more sympathy?
Great post....what sick to spread such a rumors...never thinking about the other persons family...just to gain sympathy!!!! What an A$$$

Was this a joke, or did you really buy liberal propaganda?

When your wife and child dies in an accident you don't need anything else to "gain sympathy".

How about the fact the he really thought the guy was drinking despite the investigation.

How many stories have you heard of where the parties involved didnt agree with police findings.

There's no story here, just a tragedy.

I highly doubt he was using the drunk thing to garner more sympathy. His wife dying in a crash is more than enough alone. In a lot of these cases there is confusion as to whether the driver was drunk, etc. Its very common. Especially considering this happened in the 70's.
