Most people would agree Obama has a more socialist style of economics. (he wants US to be more like Europe, where they operate on half socialst half capitalist system)
We'll how are those types of countries faring?
France Unemployment 7.6%

Maybe so, but they are not also losing their houses and becoming street people.
They have a safety net over there and the governments work for citizens and not the corporatist wealthy elite.
Did you post a thread when there were 52 consectutive months of job growth?
Quote:
6.1% unemployment rate
6.1% is not bad. It was over 7% near the end of Carter's term. Also, the average unemployment rate under G.W. Bush is lower than the average for the '70s, '80s and '90s.

Obama to give tax cuts for majority of Americans.
Do you really believe him? Clinton also claimed he would cuts taxes and instead gave us one of the biggest tax hikes in U.S. history.

He offers tax incentives for businesses creating jobs.
Of course he will.

He promises tax incentives for new business startups.
Of course he will.

McCain voted for Bush policies 95% of the time WE NEED CHANGE
I thought it was 90%? Now it's 95%? I guess soon it will be 100%!
Bush wasn't the only one at fault for the rising unemployment and downturn in the economy... sure he created EXPENSIVE wars and cut taxes... the socialists in the government also didn't help when they went on a spending spree... I mean the democrats.. Obama is no solution, he wants to spend even more and tax even more... typical commie attitude.. tax until everyone becomes poor and dependent on the government... no thanks..
Yes, we need change. 2 years of the Democrats controlling congress is far to long. I cant name a single positive thing that we have seen since they have taken over. NOT ONE!!
I agree.
Unemployment was like this when they did not control everything.
Do you people really want a democratic President with this total failure congress? The do nothing congress!!
Also, Obamas tax plan will destroy jobs. He wants 10.00 per hour min wage and will tax small businesses to death.
Obamas tax everything under the sun will be change, it will hit 10% in his first 2 months in office.
WE CANNOT AFFORD OBAMA
DEMOCRATS IN CONGRESS CAUSED THIS ECONOMY TO GO BAD, BLAME THEM FOR IT!

But not all European countries. The UK is around 4.5%. France and Gemany are not always good examples of european economics.

Maybe they are not losing their houses and becoming street people because they knew if you sign a loan for interest only at some point in time you gotta pay principal. Maybe they understood that is you make $50,000 a year no matter how hard you try you can't make the numbers work to afford a $400,000 house. Are Americans that naive that they wouldn't think that sooner or later they would have to pay the piper? You can blame crooked lenders, realtors and appraisers for this along with the buyers. That's why our economy tanked. Quit blaming Bush. Noone held a gun to any of the borrowers heads.

Can you substantiate that assertion?
