Wait, the left wants Palin to leave the wacko officer alone who drank on the job and harmed a 10 year old, but wants McCain to prosecute someone who isnt even in his jurisdiction?

If I were a Senator, I would look for a way to either lock up this dangerous terrorist or bring this case to the media. I've never seen McCain pursue this until now, so I guess he doesn't have the character for it.

I answered this on the other thread. People were prosecuted for wrongly collecting evidence on the WU. Want to bring up a case after the fact with tainted evidence?

Now though he can openly admit he was "guilty as sin but free as a bird America is great"

He is/was guilty, freely admits he was guilty, and is sorry he didn't do more.
He escaped on a technicality or he would be in jail for life. Now that they can't touch him, he loves to stick it in the face of every real American...
Sounds like the kind of guy the demo's would worship.
And why are you asking McCain to prosacute him, if you knew anything, you would know what I just told you, and wouldn't ask dumb questions....
Geezzze, demo's, no cure for stupid...

And if I was governor, I would try to get an officer fired who tasered a 10 year old boy for the fun of it.. the difference.. The officer would live in my district, where the terrorist doesnt.. Senators have no legal authority to dictate how prosecutors run their office in their own district let alone someone elses.

Why didn't McCain use his 26 years in DC to prosecute Ayres?
Probably for the same reason Biden never did after his 30 years in DC. But I don't really know. Wasn't McCain in Vietnam at the time? Anybody knows?

26 years in Washington. McCain is the indignant one. I haven't heard Biden's opinion.
