More importantly, how will they prove their fake addresses/voting precincts when they go to vote?

I need a better source and more information on how this is done, please.
You need to show two forms of ID ~ a voter card, and a picture ID with addresses that match. IF addresses don’t match you then need to show proof of residence with a gas bill, water bill, or electric bill in your name and correct address.

Please tell me how you acquire an early mail in ballot at fake address? The YMCA and a church don’t accept mail for someone who isn’t living there! Fake ballots don’t carry a vote if no one is a resident of the address and they fill out the ballot returning it. Soooo there must be a lot of returned ballots to the elections office marked as “non deliverable” “ no such person at this address”. What part of that do you and others not understand?

Obama promises ACORN to be part of his administration as president. The video is brief yet extremely clear.

If you look on the interenet blogs you will find out just how to photocopy a ballot at the store down the street and mail thousands of fake ballots into the election office. You’ll have to make a special envelope however, but you can print thousands of fakes and mail them ~ just to see if the elections office in your county is stupid enough to take them as a vote.

ACORN is a lot to do with NOTHING! Other then rightwing story telling. Issues are more important to talk about ~ but the right is failing on issues!

That isnt exactly what has been reported.

Out of state students attending Ohio State have set up residences in Ohio, voted and gone back to their primary residence.

that is illegal. these are not Ohio residence and they are breaking the law.

Right you are. I think we should let anyone and everyone commit election, voter and voter registration fraud anytime they desire. After all, as long as it is for Obama it must be ok. Right?

NO. They aren't. If they're voting in two states, yes they are breaking the law. However, Ohio passed a new law in 2006 to classify those temporary residents as permanent so they could collect more taxes.

Jones Day - Publications - Ohio's New Residency Requirements for Individual Income Tax Purposes

Quote:
Why Does Residency Status Matter?

An Ohio resident must pay Ohio income tax on his or her worldwide income, subject to credits for taxes paid in other jurisdictions. A nonresident, however, only pays Ohio income tax on income earned or received in Ohio.

Who Is a Resident?

Under Ohio law, an individual is a "resident" for Ohio income tax purposes if he or she is "domiciled" in Ohio. Whether an individual is domiciled in Ohio depends upon the number of "contact periods" the individual has in Ohio during the taxable year (for most people, the calendar year). A contact period occurs when an individual is away from his or her out-of-state "abode" and spends a portion of two consecutive days in Ohio. ("Abode" typically means a place where one lives.) In most circumstances, this will be the number of nights spent in Ohio.

Old Law
So voter registrations must also follow this law. 2 nights in one location makes it a domicile. That's the only requirement.

He said he would be calling "YOU" in. As in people from community organizations that were there.

He is always careful with his words, since "some people" like to change them for him.
