I went into a paltalk political room tonight. It was a super far left Obama supporting room. We were debating when a lady came up on the mic and was promoting a site that allows foreigners to pair up with people in the states and donate money to Obama's campaign on their behalf. This is 110% illegal! This much I know! The money is covered in the citizen's name here, but comes from foreign entities. No wonder Obama was able to raise $200 million!

Today I read a report that a high percentage of that money has no traceable accounting! Now this?

Who, where and how do I report this?

Send a tip to Fox News and they'll get their investigators on it. Google Federal Election Commission, too, and see if there's a reporting place there.

Did she give the name of the site?

You should check out the site and see if this is true - it could be a scam against foreign nationals. People with green cards can legally contribute.

If it seems true to you, I'd guess - the Federal Election Commission, the site's ISP, the company's state attorney general.

Yeah if you can try to give me that person's name it would be great because I am going to go report it to the FBI and have these people arrested and held accountable. If I were you I would send this information to FOX and let them put this on the news to expose all the people who helped out these foreigners donate money be put in prison and possibly the death penalty.

Donations under $200 dont have to be reported. "No traceable accounting" would mean cash and I think you can only contribute $100 in cash at a time. Donations made by check and credit card can be traced.

eh.

Just playing devils advocate but couldn't you say the monies were being gifted to the person and then given to the campaign? Seems like a loophole to me. I'm not sure how one could reasonably trace something like that.

Wrong topic. I was in a chat room and heard it first hand myself. She said it was a way for foriegn people to contribute $ to Obama's campaign. American's can list their names on the site and then foreign donors donate money to Obama through their name! Unless I'm missing something, that is illegal!

This whole thing stinks to high hell. I have both websites, but have been asked not to post them here. I am contacting the authorities and they can determine if it is illegal or not.

Good for you, people need to speak up and report anything fishy about this fraud.
