Uh, you do get that McCain admitted that he "screwed up" with the Letterman thing. And that McCain does have a factual history of being testy with journalists that peeve him, RIGHT? He also admits that his passions sometimes get the best of him (see Russert interview about Mississippi Republican congressperson's remarks about McCain's temper).

So how is that drinking the kool-aid? Those are facts, from which people can certainly draw conclusions. RIGHT.

Things like "plotting with Ayers," "massive fraud initiative with "Acorn," and
the "liberal media" are biased claims not rooted in facts. ACORN drew attention to the problematic registrations, and there are checks in place for catching those, even if ACORN hadn't. "Plotting" is a loaded term for which there is not factual evidence. And "liberal media" is wishful thinking. Fox News and right-wing radio are the most watched and most listened to and yet, there is a liberal and not conservative bias? That bias certainly helps with the conservative persecution complex; but rooted in reality, it is not. RIGHT.

And dulisianne already admitted to being partisan, which you mistakenly conflate with party affiliation. RIIIIIIIGHT.

I am waiting for the fair and balanced channel's reaction. We need more reporters who expose the politicians and not just sweet talk them.

"That's so neurotic, to play games like that. And so unseemly for a 72-year-old man who would surely like to live up to his PR image as Mr. Honorable....someday, just not now....

Look how he was with David Letterman of all people, lying and running across town to Couric's show, where they'd been nice to him that time and edited his statement for him. Is that the way he'd play with agencies? Generals? His own staff? Congress? Other countries' leaders?"

You don't drink the democrat kool-aid do you? Your above the fray? RIGHT! Sounds like you write the talking points for Obama----

nope---I was just pointing out that the poster was repeating liberal "spin" when the poster chastised me for using spin in my posts.... That was just one example of the posters contradictory behavior.... "Lying, running around town. friendly with Couric" thats all conjecture from the poster. Its not fact----and I called it out. When in Rome.

Is that what you heard on the news again today, for the billionth time? Why is he a true American Hero? I think he's a monster.

Speaking of heroes, I nominate the late Dieter Dengler instead.

Your American hero does not have the qualities which many Americans believe it's next President should possess. McCain has displayed extremely bad judgement, is entirely too tempermental, personally attacks those who disagree with him politically and has questionable mental capability, to say the least.

Furthermore, smart Republicans, such as Colin Powell for example, can "see through" McCain's lies and know a vote for him is the continuation of Bush's destructive policies.

If there was a way to unrep someone I would have done so for the starter of this dumb thread.

I get shivers up and down my spine when I think about all of this. Nothing against John McCain, but this is just the current of nature you are witnessing
I thought the Age of Aquarius was in the 70's...is there another one! YIPPEE! Free love and booze and parties and dancing and funny stuff and ...and...and ...oh ya, I go to bed at 10 now and haven't danced since I got stung by a bee and one beer knocks me out and free love gives me a back ache...oh forget it!

Forget the "Age of Aquarius", that is nothing but a catchy song . . .
what we are now looking forward to is the age of personal and fiscal responsibility, the age of both intelligent and compassionate government, the age of regaining our status in the world community, the age of REAL moral values, not the one of the fake moral values of premptive war, wealth to the greediest, etc.

OBAMA / BIDEN '08

We're also not ready for a doddering old fool, and his dummy sidekick. Forget the hero stuff - has nothing to do with being President. Lots of our fathers were heroes, mine included - doesn't mean my Dad should have been president!
