They have yet to appear because those 'issues' are actually non-issues that have been fabricated and/or embellished in the Republicans' attempt (<---operative word) to smear Obama. Each of those 'issues' and allegations are innocuous and can easily be explained, however many Republicans refuse to listen to said explanations, cannot comprehend said explanations, or are simply uninterested in the truth because the truth does not facilitate their desire to smear Obama any way possible, even if falsely.
