If we were the type of people to read what our enemies write, like the 9/11 Commission did, we would understand that McCain is the best candidate for carrying on their mission.

Yeah, but did he also think he would be coming out on the short end of the stick? I'm sure he thought his organization would survive and flourish - as it is they have suffered a humiliating defeat in Iraq, and have been unable to mount another attack on our soil. Their leadership ranks have been decimated - can you imagine applying for the number 3 slot in this organization? Or how bout the position of AQI leader?

This is a good example of a psychological warfare which is what the terrorists are experts in.

It is a reverse psychology so America elects the weak and inexperienced Obama.

Now they figure if they SAY they are rooting for McCain, that would have the effect of benefiting Obama. These guys are very savvy with American politics.

Get real! From their perspective and anyone with a mind, the US is the one who is substantially weaker. A group of rag-tag jihadist has the strongest military in the world tied down in two wars, and is on the brink of financial collapse which the two wars played no small part.

So, what's a couple thousand martyrs when you can bring down the evil empire? It worked for them in Afghanistan against the Soviets (they believe) so why not the US.

They suckered us into Iraq, and they'll sucker, suckers like yourself into some other Christian holy war.

Hamas initially supported Obama as well.

The endorsement is relatively meaningless, as is this endorsement by Al-Qaeda (who supported John Kerry, remember?).

This is just an example of more duplicity from the left. Just like the MSM is attacking Palin for amending her spending reports ($20,000 IIRC), yet ignored the issue when Obama amended his report of $800,000 to an association which has ties to (voter fraud organization) ACORN.

Double standards up the wazoo.

It's called strategy.

Think about it, anyone in Al-Qaeda comes out and says they endorse Nobama and a lot of people get scared and vote McCain. They say they endorse McCain and people get scared and vote for Nobama. That's who they truly want, they have no legitimate reason to support McCain because he won't stand for anything they do.

It's a tactic to get people to vote for Nobama, so they can go ahead with their next attack. And attacking America with Obama Bin Laden as President will be as easy as 1-2-3.
