This is a must win state for him... Without us, he is a done deal.

I think the internal polls, of both campaigns, show something else. Why was Obama campaigning in PA today?

I told you before - watch where the campaigns go - that will give you an idea of what states are close.

If the obama campaign thought they had PA in the bag, they would not be there.

And why did McCain cancel his rally in Pennsylvania today? Is it because he's so far ahead in Pennsylvania polls? Obama's 50-state strategy is working.

If he wins Oh, Fla, Mo, Va and NH he will not need Pa.

Your map is flawed and you are scared or you would not have posted this.

I think Obama is scared himself, him and Joe to Bomber are spending tons of time in Pa for a reason.

Dems are panicking.

The dems are saying to themselves, "What do we do now, we are cheating and still losing ground!!!!" "That damn McCain is surging on us." " We thought we had this all locked up and here comes the comeback kid again"

Remember Obama could not CLOSE THE DEAL on Hillary either.

With traditional red states such as Virginia and Colorado looking increasingly out of reach for McCain, aides to the Arizona senator have all but said Pennsylvania's 21 electoral votes are a must-win to keep Republican hopes of a White House win alive.
Obama wants to end things early next Tuesday.

Maybe I'm the only sick puppy here, but when I saw the thread topic I thought "That happens to all of us as we get older. A little warm prune juice will help."

or maybe this poster was being a little subtler

It's not necessarily where they are CLOSE.
It's where NcCain NEEDS to win.

Clearly McCain NEEDS Florida and PA to win - and Obama is determined to prevent that from happening. Just because Obama spent time in PA doesn't he thinks he's in serious danger of losing that state, it simply means he's got enough of a lead elsewhere to counter McCain no matter where McCain goes.

Obama is in a great position, most of his states are pretty safe, so he can afford to counter McCain no matter where McCain goes without too much concern that he'll lose someplace else in the meantime.
