This is hands down the best run campaign I have ever seen... In the mail I recieved a flyer telling me where my polling place is, what I need to vote (ID and/or other documents), what I can and can not wear, hours to vote etc etc...It also provides an 800 number to call if there are any problems (being told can not vote) or if I just need a ride to the poll...I have never recieved a flyer providing all of this basic voter information and help...We are brand new to this area and found the info very helpful...Plus I had no idea there was a restriction on wearing Presidential shirts to vote...

The foot work and orginization of this campaign is one of the reasons this man is leading by so much. It is phenomenal.

Did they also tell you the date for voting has been changed to Nov 5th?
Can you believe they did that in VA? Unbelievable!
Got to be careful about fliers coming to your house, be sure to locally verify all the info please, just in case.

(and yes, I know that was from a right wing nut and this person is speaking about the left side, but just want to make sure it is legit.)

Can't give you any more rep points. Thanks for the reminder to ALL sides to be extra careful about phony voting info.

Sounds like a perfect nanny state. I guess you as a voter can't get all that information yourself? I guess you as a voter can't be expected to gleen the knowledge for yourself. I guess you as a voter needs big daddy to tell you what you need to know. Did it also say when/how to wipe your behind?

Maybe they will have a bus to come by and pick you up. This man is phenomenal. I feel I must bow when I am in his presence. I guess some people just can't do things on there own!

WTH are you attacking the poster for when she only said she got a flier in the mail? Your desperation is really getting to you.

Clearly, just another example of the excellent manner in which Obama's campaign has been run. I think his managers have been brilliant.

OF COURSE she could get it for herself, but I'm sure there are others on BOTH sides who are newer to voting who may not know how to get that information easily. It is utterly amazing to me that even something as innocuous and as positive as this could be turned around into something negative by people like you.

Well considering all the anti-American measures your party has taken in the past to disenfranchise votes, I think it's more important than ever to inform the public of when and how to vote.

I agree with the OP. Even here in Idaho where the democrats are blasted at every turn, they've been out there in full force. And the republicans are panicky. It says a lot about them. It also says a lot about how poorly this country has been run for 8 long years now.

Vote Obama 08!
