Does/did he actually have a day to day job or was he working as can from job to job?
I remember reading something about him working for a guy, not as a licensed plumber, but as a laborer. But I could be wrong. I mostly ignored this idiot once I realized he was going to turn into a fixture of the McCain campaign.

He's just a handy man not a real plumber. Sorta like my brother the lawyer who fixes stuff for me around the house on weekends.
