oh, you got me all wrong. of course republicans get in trouble.

the POINT is, when republicans do terrible things they get in trouble. When democrats do terrible things, they become party leaders.

God love her! She got things done for her ward. And let's not forget Eddie Verdolyak or Rostenkowski ... crooked as a witche's finger, but beloved in Chicago.

Your serious? You really believe one political party is less likely to be held accountable for their actions than another??

Here's what I love about Chicago politicians ... you know what you are getting. They aren't like these anti-intellectual Texans who lull you into a false sense of security with their sweet talkin' folksy manner. Chicagoans let you know they hate your guts and will play dirty if they need to ... no surprises with these guys. So when Rush says that Rahm is a chicago thug, yea, he is and we all know it, no surprises.

uhm have you even taken a look at the record? care to explain to me how Barny Frank is still in Congress and Mark Foley is sitting at home? (by the way I like the fact that Mark Foley is sitting at home)

I can go on all day. Republicans do really dumb stuff. In fact just as many republicans as democrats do unethical and immoral things but republicans are vastly more likely to have their carreer ruined over it that dems.

Im from Louisiana. We have had our share of those kind of politicians.

In fact one got elected Governor like 4 or 5 times. Then he finally went to jail. I actually voted for Edwin Edwards when he was running against David Duke. It made me sick at my stomack but it was vote for a racist or a crook so I went with the crook.

But I am glad old Edwards will die in prison. he deserves it.

Maybe you will get lucky and Tillman will be appointed Obama's National Director of Firearm Safety. Also, Arenda Troutman would be right at home on some Task Force to solve gang problems.
